What You'll Do
- Advise client leadership on org design, capability planning, and executive alignment.
- Design pragmatic performance, compensation, and leadership governance frameworks.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and strategic offsites.
What We Look For
- 6+ years of consulting or progressive in-house People / HR leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with empathy for human systems.
- Superb communication skills and consultative mindset.
